I can't offer you a sales pitch or performance. This is sacred work.

And in full transparency - I don't have all the answers. I have this humble piece of the puzzle and it feels like I am doing good in the world when I share it. I am in a constant dance between sharing enough to be visible, being quite happy not to be visible at all and trusting that those who need me will find me. Feeling my frequency.

In essence, you will just know.

A session looks like us sitting together on a picnic blanket by the beach or via zoom in your living room. You may like to close your eyes at times. I will bring a crystal chalice bowl to play gently but other than that, it just looks like two people sitting together chatting and meditating.

I've held numerous sessions in public parks now and it hasn't felt uncomfortable at all - almost like we are in a cocoon!

Can't sit cross legged or on the ground for long? I've got you covered - I'll bring a supportive deck chair and will sit alongside you.

We will talk through the process when we meet. Much like listening to a story, I will lead the way with my voice. You will feel your way with all of your senses. Nothing fancy. No big performance. Think of it as a guided tour...

I've had incredible experiences both ways. This work is just as potent whether in person or via zoom, inside our outside. It really comes down to personal choice. Set yourself up for success. Sessions outdoors can mean embracing a few discomforts - and every session I've had outside the client has been glad that we've done it there. Sessions indoors can help us tune into subtleties with less distractions. What location lights you up? If you can't make it to your special location, lets weave it into our session by calling it in.

During: Everyone is different. Some clients feel very little or nothing even and others feel alot. Neither is an indication of whether or not the activation has 'worked'. Clients have had tingly feet, heart openings, flushes of heat, body shivers, tears, waves of energy, emotions or energy in motion, release, feeling like pieces of them returning home, visions of past lives. You are invited to observe your experience and resist judging or creating a story around it.

After: If my previous clients are anything to go by, you will arrive in your head and leave feeling relaxed and in your body.

Those new to this work seem to find a new sense of calm and perspective.

Those not so new or with an existing practice tell me that they are now connecting deeper.

You will receive what you need to in the moment. Curiosity and space are key.
